1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• To initiate a return, contact our support team at

  with your invoice and reason for return.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after returned items are inspected and approved.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products damaged due to misuse or installation errors
